This class is intended for bodies aged 60+ but can also be helpful
for those healing an injury or with limited mobility.

No class on the First Saturday of the month!

Focus will be on increased range of motion, joint mobility, balance, proper breathing techniques and stress reduction. No previous Yoga experience is necessary.
You will need a sturdy chair for this practice.

You must register for this class. Once you've registered,
you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom on how to join the meeting.
